The UHT sterilizer is mainly used in the Ultra Heat Treatment of milk, fruit juice, beverage to kill all the bacteria in the product. Connected with aseptic package, extend the shelf life of product. UHT milk has 6 months shelf life, and UHT fruit juice has 1 year shelf life.
The UHT sterilizer is consist of balance tank, product pump, tubular heat exchanger, holding tube, aseptic valves, hot water system, steam control valve, hot water pump, holding tube, tower water cooling system, control panel, frame, pipes, valves and fittings.
The UHT sterilizer adopt many aseptic automatic valves to ensure the aseptic reliability.
The UHT sterilizer adopt PLC automatic control, man-machine interface for data input. If the temperature is below the set temperature, the product will return automatically.
The sterilized temperature and holding time can be 95 ~140dC/4s ~30s, can be designed on different product.
